What to include

• which app it's about: Thaw on iPad, Thaw Camera or Thaw for Mac
• the app version, from Settings, and your iPadOS, iOS or macOS version
• what you did, what you expected and what happened
• a screenshot if you can, without anything private in it

For a subscription charge or refund, go to Apple, which handles all payments.

Deleting your server data

On iPad, open Settings, then Server Data, then Delete Server Data. On Mac, open Thaw, then Settings, then Delete Server Data.

This erases your account and any work waiting on Thaw's server. It can't be undone. Your notebooks aren't on the server and aren't affected.

Unused credits are lost, and that device won't get free credits again. If you have Thaw Pro, deleting doesn't cancel it: cancel in your Apple Account first, or Apple keeps charging you. The privacy policy lists what can't be erased.
